Organization Information
Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University Health Services Vocational School Physiotherapy Department was established with the approval of Higher Education Council dated 17/05/2018. Students started their education by taking their first students in 2018-2019 Academic Year.
General Information
Physiotherapy, associate degree program, vocational education and practice-oriented associate degree program, to help graduates, health professionals working in the field of physical therapy, to meet the needs of professionals and relevant institutions to meet the basic level of knowledge and practical application is designed to gain competencies.
Objective
The aim of the physiotherapy program is to train alarında Physiotherapy Technicians yardımcı who can work as auxiliary health personnel who are lacking in physical therapy applications. The training program includes theoretical and practical information on physical therapy and rehabilitation practices in musculoskeletal injuries and problems in the body. The aim of the "Physiotherapy" program is to educate the health personnel who have been trained in this field.

Students who graduate from this program receive the title of ”Physiotherapy Technician enc and graduate.
Admission and Enrollment Requirements
For Turkish Citizens:
(1)High School Diploma, (2) Placement through a centralised, nation-wide student selection and placement examination organized by Assessment, Selection and Placement Centre (ÖSYM). Candidates gain access to the programmes based on their composite scores consisting of the scores on the centralized exam and high school grade point averages.
For International Students
(1)High School Diploma and its "Certificate of Equivalency” granted by the Turkish Ministry of National Education (MoNE). (2) Exam for International Student (YÖS) or international university entrance examinations such as SAT I, ACT, etc., recognised by the national authority in higher education, the Council of Higher Education (YÖK). Candidates gain access to the programmes based on their scores obtained from YÖS or equivalent exams.
Qualification Requirements and Rules
Students are required to provide courses in return for 120 ECTS credits, succeed in them; have a general academic average of 2.00 out of 4.00 to be able to graduate from the program; and be successfully passed the summer practice of 30 working days.
Career Opportunties
Graduates of this program can work in public and private hospitals as health personnel. In national and international inpatient treatment centers, prosthesis and orthosis production and rehabilitation centers, primary health care institutions, industrial areas, schools, sports clubs, nursing homes, occupational rehabilitation centers, spa-cure centers, branch centers, home care centers health tourism can do private or public duty in the hotel.
Access to Further Studies
Graduated students can apply to the undergraduate programs of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, Nursing, Nursing and health services of other universities related to their fields in accordance with the related regulations of the Council of Higher Education (YÖK DGS, Table-2 article 114).

The Associate Degree and Undergraduate Education - Instruction and Examination Regulations of Alanya Aladdin Keykubat University, which outline the principles regarding examination and evaluation, are taken into consideration.
Graduation Requirements
Students are required to provide courses in return for 120 ECTS credits, succeed in them; have a general academic average of 2.00 out of 4.00 to be able to graduate from the program; and be successfully passed the summer practice of 20 working days.
